Drawing on over 15 years of personal experience working for the world's leading luxury brands, Mr. Ettinger is a specialist in designing and delivering original training programmes. His career began in London, working with the teams of The Metropolitan Hotel, The Met Bar and Nobu restaurant, before gaining international experience as Director of Training for multi award winning COMO Hotels and Resorts. Over a period of 10 years Mr. Ettinger built and developed a strong training function, working across multiple properties in London, The Caribbean, Thailand, The Maldives, Bali and Bhutan.

Mr. Ettinger moved to Singapore in XXXX to establish the Learning and Development function for Club 21, a recognised and respected luxury fashion retailer in SEA, also affiliated to COMO Hotels and Resorts.  With a portfolio of over 30 brands, ranging from Donna Karen and Dolce & Gabbana to Marc Jacobs and Dries Van Noten, he has designed and led training programmes for thousands of staff at every level of proficiency.
